Gospel Duo Mary Mary Being Sued By Their Former Manager, Mitchell Solarek
Posted by on Sep 1, 2013

If you are a reality TV junkie like I am, chances are you have watched the Gospel group Mary Mary’s WeTV reality show. On the show there were a lot of disagreements with their manager Mitchell Solarek of Maximum Artist Group who they later fired [on camera].

Now, Mitchell has filed a federal lawsuit in Tennessee against Mary Mary, aka Erica Campbell and Tina Campbell.

In docs, Mitchell says he inked a deal with the duo in 2011 and helped “reignite” their career … securing deals worth over $3 million, including their WeTV reality show.

In return, Mitchell says the Christian singers turned on him by publicly firing him on their TV show, and withholding more than $75,000 in commissions.

Mitchell is suing for all of that money, and the loss of future commissions from music, merchandising, books and sponsorships.

This sucks, I rather liked Mitch.
Anywho… Let’s flash back to my favorite Mitchell moment on “Mary Mary”…
