Kim Kardashian took her curves all the way to Greenville, North Carolina for the Marine Corps Ball. But instead of being on Kanye West‘s arm, she had Sgt. Martin Gardner as her date for the evening. Gardner, a member of the ball’s planning committee, extended the invitation to Kardashian months ago, E! News reported. The reality star agreed to make room in her schedule and flew to Greenville from Florida, where she is shooting a new season of “Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.”
Kim stayed for dinner before leaving solo to head back to her hotel. She later tweeted “Just left the Marine Corps Ball. Thanks to all of the marines I had the opportunity to meet tonight ! Thank you for all that you do!”
