If you watch VH1‘s ”La La’s Full Court Life” then you know that La La Anthony has been working really hard at acting and landing roles.  Earlier this year she was in the box office smash “Think Like a Man” and she guest-starred this summer on the CBS crime drama “NYC 22.”  Now, with full steam ahead, La La has been added to cast of the romantic comedy “Baggage Claim“, which also stars Paula Patton, Derek Luke and Adam Brody.

David E. Talbert (“First Sunday“) is writing, directing and producing the adaptation of his novel. Patton stars as an unmarried flight attendant who becomes determined to find a man as her younger sister’s wedding approaches. Anthony portrays Patton’s energetic co-worker and accomplice.

Thrilled about her new role La La tweeted, “I’m floating right now!!! Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve your dreams, I’m walking proof!!”
