Posted by on Apr 23, 2012

Chef Judson Todd Allen is your Architect of Flavor and he is on a mission to get people to think outside-of-the-box when it comes to all things food and flavor. Chef Judson started Healthy Infused Cuisine, LLC in 2007 cuisine offering healthier upscale meal delivery, personal chef, and cuisine services.  He also has been serving as personal chef to some of Chicago’s most elite, as well as offering cuisine services to powerhouse organizations. His mission is to transform the way people think and feel about healthy cuisine. Chef Judson has been so dedicated to a healthy lifestyle that he has even lost over 100lbs with the help of embrassing healthy eating habits.

As a Chicago native Chef Judson honed his passion for food and flavor at an early age which carried him well into college where he obtained a degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Chef Judson credits his grandparents for being his inspiring and influence in the kitchen. Now Chef Judson has the opportunity to showcase his skills [and flavors] the entire nation on one of my favorite shows,  Food Network Star [Season 8], where current Food Newtwork stars Aaron McCargo Jr. and Guy Fieri got their start.  He will be cooking up some of his most delectable and healthy cuisines while letting his personality shine as bright as his dishes.

Chef Judson is not only in runninng to be the next Food Network star, but fans of the show can also vote for him as the “Fan Favorite“. Even though the first episode does not air until May 13th, you can start voting now for Chef Judson multiple times a day at www.foodnetwork.com.

Catch Chef Judson working his magic in the kitchen on the Food Network on the Food Network Star, Season 8 starting Sunday, May 13th at 9pm EST
