Cassie  decided to surprise her fans and hand out ice cream in NYC’s Meatpacking district yesterday. The singer model was on hand to take pictures, sign autographs and even give out a few hugs.  The ice cream party of course had her music playing for the “Cassie Army” to dance to while enjoying their treats.
