As we approach the one year anniversary of singer/songwriter Amy Winehouse, it is finally being revealed  that her parents, Janis Winehouse and Mitch Winehouse, will inherit her fortune, since she did not have a will in place.   After debts and taxes, her parents look to get a total of $4.66 million. Amy’s father will serve as the administrator of her estate.  As for her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, he is currently  doing time for a burglary he committed to help fund his drug habit and will not receive so much as a dime of Amy’s remaining and posthumous cash.

Amy Winehouse was found dead in her London home on July 23rd of last year at the age of 27. The singer’s death was eventually ruled a “misadventure,” a British legal term for accidental death. The singer, who struggled with alcoholism for years, had the equivalent of 12 drinks in her system at the time of her death.
