Well surprise, surprise…Colombian singer-songwriter superstar Shakira has joined the Roc Nation roster. According to a recent report in XXL, the Grammy Award-winning singer Shakira has joined forces with Jay-Z and company for new management. Even though it has not come out at that Shakira has joined the actual label, she does however join the likes of  Rihanna, Wale, J. Cole, Melanie Fiona, Willow Smith, Ting Tings, Santigold and more in  Jay’s Roc Nation Management.

With worldwide appeal, Shakira has sold more than 60 million albums and won 12 Billboard Latin Music Awards, eight Latin Grammy Awards and two Grammy Awards.

I guess the “year of the blue” presses on…
