Beyonce Knowles came out of hiding since giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy at her husband’s 40/40 club.  Jay-Z hosted an after party at the club for his concert at the legendary Carnegie Hall.  The new mommy glowed as she strutted through the place in a form fitting, sexy red dress.  She rocked an outstanding blue nail polish and had her “IV” tattoo wonderfully on display, undoubtedly a shot out to her baby girl at home.

Beyonce doesn’t seem to have missed a beat since her baby was born almost a month ago.  She was later joined at the club by her mom, Tina.  So who was babysitting?
