Kevin Michael is one of the most talented and soulful artist I have ever heard. I thoroughly enjoy his music, the tone of his voice, and his fabulous hair. In early December Kevin released his sultry cover of SWV’s “Use Your Heart” [seriously it's almost February and I still can't stop listening to it]. Unbelievably the song was recorded and arranged by himself on his MacBook. Now, to follow up his cover, Kevin Michael has unleashed his mixtape “Lisa“. “Lisa” is refreshing and unlike anything you ever heard. The track “Lady Killer” is completely magical. The mixtape is a very upbeat blend of pop, R&B and house music. It is extremely creative and perfectly indistinctive , to the point that it would be very difficult for one to put Kevin Michel in just one musical box. I guess if David Bowie and Prince had a musical baby his name would be “Kevin Michael“.
