The weather outside may be getting colder, but last night in NYC Rocsi Diaz [c0-host of 106 & Park] decided to heat things up at by wearing a see through black  A.L.C Tiered Maxi Dress. She kept it as PG as she could by wearing black under garments, but nonetheless the dress at this particaular event did leave us wondering “Fly! or Why?, but we’ll let you decide…
