All is fair in love and war.
Evelyn Lozada is firing back at ex-husband Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson for a series of tweets made this week.
Johnson’s rather blunt tweets (shown below) suggest that the Basketball Wives star cheated during their brief union. He also goes on to mention that her PR team is doing everything they can to extend her 15-minutes of fame.
Instead of slamming her ex-hubby the same way he did, Lozada got her lawyer to send Johnson a cease and desist letter on Thursday.
A source close to the reality star tells TMZ, that Johnson’s allegations are completely false and if he doesn’t deter his antics, she will get a restraining order.
To make matters worse, the prosecutor’s office overseeing Johnson’s criminal domestic violence case is aware of the situation and is concerned, according to TMZ. Lozada filed for divorce shortly after Ochocinco allegedly headbutt her during an altercation.
Johnson is expected to appear in court Monday for a hearing on terminating his probation early.
