Jessica White Lands Reality Show on Style Network

Jessica White recently landed a reality show with the Style Network, Page Six reports.

The model was spotted last week at the Doe Fund’s Sweet: New York event, with cameras following her every move. The show is set to follow the Maybelline spokeswoman’s career as a model and discuss breaking into the music business.

The show hasn’t released a premiere date yet.

Kenya Moore sure knows how to put on a show for her fans. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star dropped a video for her hit “Gone With the Wind Fabulous.” The video is a hilarious parody featuring Moore poking fun at all those who have done her wrong from Phaedra Parks to her ex boo, Walter Jackson.

Tamera Mowry-Housely Welcomes Baby Boy

Tamera Mowry-Housely and her husband Adam Housely welcomed their son Aden John Tanner Housely to the world last night (November 12). Weighing in at 9 lbs, 5 oz, Aden made his arrival two weeks after Tamera’s October 30th due date.

“Adam and I feel very blessed to finally be holding our son, he is a beautiful miracle, and our hearts are overflowing with love. Thank you to everyone for your love and support. It means so much to our family,” the new mom told Style.

Since announcing her pregnancy back in April and watching her growing baby bump on Style TV’s Tia and Tamera we are happy that Tia’s son Cree Hardict now has a new playmate.

Tia was so excited she tweeted, “Yay!!! I can finally now say! I am an auntie!!!! Can we say chunk munk!!! So happy & blessed! Cree now has a play date! He is beautiful!”

Rihanna Goes Blonde & Topless for ‘Nude’ Fragrance Photo Shoot

Rihanna has no problem letting it all hang out, and that’s exactly what she does in her fragrance shoot for ‘Nude.’

Created just for the ladies, Rih goes blonde and topless to show us that the surprise fragrance will make women feel just as sexy as she looks. The 24-year-old got rid of her dreads for the shoot, but assured her fans that her hair is still black and she’ll be back to it soon.

“I got a big shoot tomorrow for a surprise fragrance for my ladies called…NUDE! Bye bye dreadz, for NOW! …”blonde was just for the shoot! I’m still black”

‘Think Like A Man’ Banned in French Theaters?

Steve Harvey‘s Think Like a Man ruled the box office for four weekends and it was beyond a surprise to critics. Based on Harvey’s hit book giving women tips on how to act like a lady but think like a man, it grossed in $33 million its first weekend. After taking the cake of being number one in the U.S. you would think it would do the same overseas.

Allegedly France didn’t even give it a chance to see box office glory. The predominantly black cast has been cited as the reason for the film being banned. According to a post published on the Facebook page of Negro News, “The French state has had a sociopolitical strategy which favors interracial relationships rather than valuing communities. In the comedy “Think Like A Man,’ the focus is on black couples.”

The ban is quite ironic, especially since all of the couples in the film are not just black couples, we also see an interracial relationship with the characters Gabrielle Union and Jerry Ferrara. France prides itself in culture, and to not represent the African-American people is just questionable.

George Zimmerman to Be Released on $150,000 Bond

This morning (April 20) Florida Judge Kenneth R. Lester Jr. ruled that George Zimmerman will be released on $150,000 bond.

Zimmerman was charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old who was walking home the evening of February 26. Zimmerman claimed he acted in self-defense. He also requested to meet with Martin’s parents, but they rejected his invite.

During the hearing Zimmerman took to the stand and apologized to Trayvon Martin’s parents for their loss. “I am sorry for the loss of your son. I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little bit older than I was,” he stated.
