Tyler Perry is back with another potential silver screen hit with Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor. The story, like most, is adapted from one of Tyler’s plays and addresses everyday hardships people in relationships endure. Check out these these reasons to head out to theaters to see this film in theaters today (Mar. 29).

1. It’s unlike any of his past films

This is the fourth film where the audience won’t see Tyler Perry acting as one of the characters. The storyline focuses on a marriage counselor who doesn’t take her own advice. Lying, cheating and scandal are things Perry uses in his films, but this film has a twist worth watching.

2. Young star-studded cast

This film not only welcomes familiar faces like Vanessa Williams and Jurnee Smollett-Bell, but also new faces like Robbie Jones and Kim Kardashian. The superb acting mixed with eye candy for the ladies and gents will keep everyone’s eyes glued to the big screen.

3. You can pick up some fashion tips

The wardrobe in this film is filled with color and florals. Jurnee, Vanessa and even Kim can give great office ensemble ideas. As for the men, Robbie is pretty dapper in suits throughout the feature. His suit-and-tie swag offers the fellas a great example on how to get on their grown and sexy.

Music has a way of speaking volumes to the listener, so it’s no surprise that brand placement has been a common part of chart-topping tracks for decades. Mya explored her bad girl side with this hit, while Jadakiss added that extra dose of fashoinable raunch’ to it.

The entire song is an ode to the famous brand which is still bringing in numbers with its three famous stripes.

Although the girl group is no longer together, they had many youngsters wanting their parents to buy them Kate Spade.

Kangol was a part of LL’s signature look, so it’s no surprise that he has been placing the brand in his songs since the ’80s.

The Flipmode Squad out did themselves with this sexy record. The 2003 summer anthem had everyone wanting to tan in a Gucci beach-ready two-piece.

9. Nelly “Air Force Ones” (2002)

Air Force One sneakers were the thing to wear in the early 2000s, and Nelly did everyone a favor by creating this ode to still iconic footwear.

3. Taraji P. Henson

The actress instagrammed a photo of her hair after it was blown out and sent the media world into a frenzy. Since she has mostly been seen rocking short ‘dos, it was a surprise to see how long her hair actually is. She added the caption, “Peekaboo!!!! This is a lot of hair @danteblandeshaw!!!!! Now gotta straightened it ALL!!!”

4. Toya Wright

Toya tweeted a photo of the back of her hair and stated, “#allmine #longhairdontcare.” The reveal had some in question because of the different textures, but Toya was proud to show off her tresses.

On Wednesday (March 27), VH1, Monami Entertainment and Myx Fusions hosted a premiere party for the upcoming reality series The Gossip Game. Urban media packed XL Nightclub in NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen to catch a preview of the first episode and to congratulate their fellow colleagues and cast members Kim Osorio, Angela Yee, K. Foxx, JasFly, Sharon Carpenter, Ms. Drama and Vivian Billings.

Executive producer Mona Scott-Young hosted the post-screening Q&A, while guests sipped Myx Fusions moscato and Malibu Red. Charlamagne tha God (Power 105), Yandy Smith, Jennifer Williams and more were also spotted at the event.

Lauren London is the newest face of BET’s The Game and garnering long overdue attention in the acting world. Now playing lead character Kiera Whitaker, the 28-year-old Los Angeles native caught up with Cocoa Fab to discuss how she juggles being a mom to her three-year-old son Cameron and being on set. “It was challenging for me because I didn’t have 24/7 with him,” she said. “It’s just life for me, and I just do it…Women do it with three or four kids with no help at all. I’m blessed to have family that travels with me and help me with him.”

London, who will also appear in Baggage Claim later this year, also spoke about her unique family situation with rapper Lil Wayne. And while many believe a child with two separated and famous parents could be messy, London reassures her son has “peace and balance.”

“Every situation is different, but I really want to create a peaceful environment for my child. I want him to know love and peace and balance. That’s so important to me. I have no reason to dislike anyone or to have any conflict because the most important thing for me is for him to be raised in a peaceful environment where things can be settled. For me, that was just important.”

Along her promo run, London stopped by The Wendy Williams Show where she further detailed her relationship with Weezy and gave an update about his health scare. “[No we're] no longer [together], great friends though,” she told the host. Later she said, “He’s great! His album comes out today. He’s really good.”

Happy 43rd Birthday, Mariah!

Within the pages, she opens up about her weight issues. “I’m constantly criticized for being too skinny,” she says. “I’m trying to gain weight, but my body won’t let it happen. What people don’t understand is that calling someone too skinny is the same as calling someone too fat. It’s not a nice feeling.”

She reveals that Khloe is like a second mother, Kourtney gives her a huge dose of reality and Kim gives advice on just about anything. When it comes to momager Kris Jenner, Kendall admits,  “I’ve always had a say in what I do,” explaining that her mom does ”push” her, but adds, “I’ve always, always had a say and ultimately it’s my decision.”

Kim Kardashian has been a hot topic ever since she announced her pregnancy. Rumors have been circulating that Kim gained tons of weight, but she recently told Extra‘s Maria Menounos a different tale. “There are maybe two or three covers just this week that say I am 200 pounds,” she said. “I’m like, ‘You are 60 pounds off here’… It wouldn’t even bother me if I gained all the weight. And I have the biggest sweet tooth and I love junk food. Being pregnant I don’t like any of it.”

Kim also discussed how she’s taking it easy these days and letting pregnancy rule her life instead of her hectic workload. “I kind of split up my days. I’ll do half a day of work and then I’ll do half day of really just resting and taking care of myself, but I haven’t been tired at all.”
