Evelyn Lozada just had to pay her troubles away. The Basketball Wives star was sued by her ex-fiance’ Antoine Walker’s trustee for allegedly accepting a series of bank wires when Walker claimed to be broke in order to defraud his creditors. The wires amounted to $649,497.56.
The legal documents state that the 38-year-old used the funds to start her shoe store, Dulce, and that the money should have been used to rid his debt. The Jasmine Brand reports that Lozada reached an agreement with the trustee and paid the $40,000 back in four monthly installments of $10,000. Her last payment was reportedly made Feb. 1st. After the payments, the case was dismissed.
