US Airways has major apologizing to do after they accidentally tweeted an explicit photo to a customer who was complaining about their services.

“We welcome feedback, Elle. If your travel is complete, you can detail here for review and follow up”, read their tweet accompanied with a twitpic of a naked woman on her back with an airplane inserted in her vagina.

Unfortunately, the irreversible damage sat on their timeline for an hour and garnered over 500 retweets before it was removed. Once removed, a representative from the flight company responded to their pornographic post:

“We apologize for an inappropriate image recently shared as a link in one of our responses. We’ve removed the tweet and are investigating.”

After much digging the company’s spokesman, Matt Miller revealed it was an unfortunate mishap on the company’s behalf.

“Our investigation has determined that the image was initially posted to our Twitter feed by another user. We captured the tweet to flag it as inappropriate. Unfortunately the image was inadvertently included in a response to a customer.” He apologized again and assured the company was taking major efforts to stop this from ever occurring again, ”We deeply regret the mistake and we are currently reviewing our processes to prevent such errors in the future.”

Vixens, do you believe their reasoning? Flip the page to see the work safe version of the image.
