Melyssa Ford has come a long way since her days as a video vixen, but she still values a banging bod. After being inspired by a trainer (and massive Mike Tyson doppleganger) from her gym, the Blood, Sweat, and Heels star got into the ring and saw some serious results that got her hooked. “My body started to carve itself. Let’s just say I wanted to walk around naked all the time.”
