single ladiesAll good things must come to an end and VH1′s Single Ladies is one of them. After three successful seasons on the music network, TV executives have decided to pull the plug on the Queen Latifah-produced drama. No word on why the network’s first scripted series won’t continue, but VH1 leaves us hopeful that we’ll see at least one of the three ladies back on TV soon.

“We’ve been proud to deliver three seasons of the drama, romance and style that engaged viewers in each episode of Single Ladies. Although we’ve decided not to move forward with another season, we hope to work again with the talented cast, creatives and producers as well as our partners at Flavor Unit Entertainment in the near future. We also thank the show’s fans for their support since the premiere in 2011,” said the network in a statement.

Vixens–are you sad to see Lisaraye McCoy, Denise Vasi and Charity Shea say goodbye to their fictional counterparts?
