The Bajan bad girl claimed Gounis continuously advised her to make ill financial investments causing the singer to go near broke after losing $9 million in 2009. In the filed court document, she accused her accountant of approving her purchase of a moldy, leaking Beverly Hills mansion for 7.5 million dollars. The accountant told Fenty it would be a “good investment” despite the fact that she only had 11 million to her name significant financial difficulties, her lawyer Edward Estrada told the NY Post.
The now $43 million singer, initially sued the accountant for $35 million dollars but, according to the newspaper, settled out of court for $10 million dollars.
