Honestly, going to the gym all the time can start to feel monotonous.  Here are some things you can do to keep things interesting: take a class, workout in a different setting (perhaps outdoors), hire a new trainer, register for a 5k run or other fun competitions. The goal is to  keep things interesting, fresh and stimulating.
