If you’re one of many hoping to lose weight in 2014, here’s a little motivation to keep going. Lakeisha, a Bay Area resident, is going viral for a video that documents her 100 day weight loss journey. Instead of opting for surgical procedures or “magic” pills, the overweight woman chooses to eat healthy and go to the gym everyday.
Through a time lapse, we are able to see Lakeisha’s progress that eventually results in 70 pounds lost. In addition to her time at the gym, Lakeisha also posts daily diaries that expose her reasons for getting healthy and adversity she’s faced in the past because of her looks.
