And typically when celebrities decide to go vegan, we can expect positive outcomes; whether it’s for the sake of adopting a vegan lifestyle for environmental, health or ethical reasons.
If your goal is to achieve a model-thin body then you’re willing to adhere to this hardcore, low-calorie, diet with plenty of high-fiber, natural fruits, soy products, and vegetables, along with certain processed foods. For drinks, stick to water, decaf green tea, and occasionally organic red wine.
