It’s safe to say Beyonce has one of the most sought after bodies in Hollywood. Slender and curvaceous even after giving birth, the megastar has used multiple diets to keep in tip top shape. Many a Beyonce stan have attempted the same discipline with little success, except New York Magazine writer Rebecca Harrington, who lost ten pounds in ten days using a mix of Beyonce’s diets throughout the years.
“One think I have always enjoyed about Beyoncé is that she’s very open about how hard it is to eat like she does. I will endure the Master Cleanse that Beyoncé endured when she lost weight for Dreamgirls. I will attempt the herculean diet Beyoncé used to lose weight after birthing Blue Ivy,” she wrote weeks ago.
Harrington first followed the all-liquid Master Cleanse before incorporating the high protein, low carb diet in addition to two hours of daily exercise.
“I have to say, the actual food on this diet was not terrible. It was sparse, yes, but flavorful. The real hardship of this particular regimen was the exercise. Beyoncé worked out for two hours a day to get rid of the baby weight and it is hard for a working woman with a busy schedule.”
Ironically, it was Beyonce’s music that got her through each workout.
