Kim Zolciak can sit down and relax now that she has won her case against her former Real Housewives of Atlanta castmate Kandi Burruss over the single “Tardy for the Party.” Burruss filed a lawsuit in March against Zolciak claiming that she hoarded profits from the hit song that she produced and used it without proper consent. Burruss was asking to receive her rightful portion, but Zolciak counter sued claiming that this was all nothing but a publicity stunt in order for Burruss to get exposure for her reality spinoff show The Kandi Factory.
According to reports, the judge was on Zolciak’s side and agreed that this case was simply done for publicity and held no merit. “Th Kandi Factory” was canceled due to low ratings.
Zolciak tweeted her joy over the decision to her followers,
“The truth always prevails,” she wrote. “Revenge can be bitter sweet but if you sit back and watch karma it can be pure entertainment.”
Do you agree with the judge’s decision?
