Staying in shape can be a HUGE feat if you hate boring workout routines but want instant results. Well fitness guru Nicole Winhoffer had us in mind when she created fun exercises that incorporate dance steps. “When I train people it’s to move into their imagination,” she explains,”the results come faster because women that I train have more fun, and they’re more involved and focused.”
