SATURDAY
9:00am FLOAT ON
Arizona Outback Adventures provides a host of outdoor activities including kayaking down the Salt River. Flowing from the mountains in Northern Arizona, the Salt River is captured by four dams. Paddle your way to fun and relaxation while spotting a variety of birds and fish.

1:00pm MEXICAN STYLE
Scottsdale may be home to more than 90 restaurants, but once you’ve tasted Barrio Queen Tequileria you don’t need to look any further. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late dinner, this restaurant offers traditional street food favorites, such as tacos and tortas. And if you’re up for it, slip on more than 250 varieties of tequila.

3:00pm RIDE INTO THE SUN
Work off the burritos and tacos by saddling up at the stables. Let Fort McDowell Adventures escort you via horseback into the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, home of the Yavapai, then down into the Verde River valley where you’ll be greeted by various wildlife.

8:30pm SUSHI UNDER THE SUN
Sushi Roku provides a non-traditional approach to sushi with options for seafood aficionados and novices. Must-haves include crispy rice asparagus and yellowtail sashimi.

10:00pm PARTY ANIMAL
There’s something for every nightlife lover in Scottsdale, from techno to hip-hop and every genre in between. For drinks stop by Citizen R+D for cocktails like G+T (gin and tonic), premium vodka that’s boiled at the table with secret botanicals, and Paint Can Punch, which includes fresh citrus that’s shaken using a vintage paint can. Or, head to Hi-Fi Kitchen & Cocktails to enjoy an indoor/outdoor space lined with garage doors, a square island bar, and an elevated lounge-style seating area.
