We won’t sell you the tired fallacy that black love and marriage is facing dire times. It’s actually thriving! If you need us to say it, we will: Love can be on your hefty list of goals as you’re stamping your passport and climbing the corporate ladder. However, as mama Drake notes, men and women have to figure out what they want from love. Be honest with yourself. If waking up at 70 alone isn’t what you envisioned, get active in making the love you want happen.
