In the newest issue of Us Weekly, the Have and Have Nots actress dishes on her latest fitness obsession: Pure Barre. A combination of Pilates, cardio, strength training and traditional ballet drills, it’s quickly become the go-to workout for celebrities.

“I heard about Pure Barre, went [to a class] and thought, ‘Wow, this is the hardest workout I’ve ever done. You’re exerting all this energy, but it’s small isolated movements. After the third time going, I saw differences in my body,” says Tika.
She also credits Zumba classes and a well-balanced diet with the occasional indulgement for her bikini-ready body. “I feel like everything, in reason, is fair game. I will have a cupcake, but am I having them every day? No.”
