Whether you own several vintage Chanel bags, only wear Chanel No. 5 (which is still a best-seller since its debut in 1921) on special occasions, or are mildly interested in fashion, we’re positive you’re a fan of Coco Chanel. The French fashion designer’s influence in fashion is immeasurable and has remained so since her death in 1971.
To commemorate her success—particularly in the fragrance realm—curator Jean-Louis Froment created No. 5 Culture Chanel, a newly opened exhibition at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris through June 5. Thankfully Refinery 29 trekked to Paris and brought back amazing images from not only the exhibition, but Coco Chanel’s high-end apartment. Paris just got 100% better. Take a look!
