In a recent interview, Lil Mo proved her BeyHve loyalty as she defended Bey and her chopped-and-screwed record. “She’s been in this game walking in stilettos since 15, she’s a mom, she owns a business,” she says of Pepsi’s newest global star. “If you take it personal then maybe she was talking to you. I didn’t take offense to it.”
Keyshia Cole did. Last month, the Woman to Woman singer responded to the track by tweeting, “First ‘Women need to Stick together’ now b—hes better Bow. Smh.”
The comments sent shockwaves through the internet, but the R&B Diva: LA star gave Cole some advice,”Sit down, get off Twitter, if you can’t handle it, keep your opinions to yourself. Who is your publicist? Who is tweeting for you?”
Super producer The-Dream also showed his loyalty to Mrs. Carter by deciding not to work with the controversial singer, “Because of whats happened I can’t and I think she would respect why I can’t, that’s my family. You have to have a grown up conversation, like “yo you talking about my family, you can’t do that.”
Mrs. Gibson hasn’t seemed to concerned about the side-picking celebrities.
