Professional makeup artist AJ Crimson knows a thing or two about makeup. He gained his experience from beating the faces of Amerie, Keyshia Cole, Christina Milian and by 2007 he created a luxury collection of lip-glosses called Kissable Couture with his business partner Keisha Nash-Whitaker (wife of Forrest Whitaker). Now he’s giving women everywhere the courage to create their own look with the launch of a makeup line.
To help promote AJ Beauty, the artist brought in Adrienne Bailon, Letoya Luckett and British singer, Alexandra Burke. Though busy—Adrienne is currently working on a project with Ne-Yo, while Alexandra is putting the final touches on her third album—the girls agreed to be the spokespeople for the line that launches in next month.
“I love these women!” says Crimson. “So beautiful, talented and humble. It’s great creating the new beauty revolution.”
In preparation for the line, the ladies shot a commercial. Click the page to see pictures from the set.
