Last night (Mar. 16), Tyler Perry heated up Atlanta with the premiere of Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor. The film’s stars, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Lance Gross and Robbie Jones walked the red carpet in beautiful threads, but all eyes were on co-star Kim Kardashian’s growing belly.
A very pregnant Kim cradled her stomach in a black beaded robe and black leather pants. She candidly updated E! News on the progress of her pregnancy.
“It’s not as easy as my sister [Kourtney] has made it look. It’s a little painful at times,” the mommy-to-be admitted. “I’ve gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out, especially when you travel. It’s getting a little more difficult.”
In February, Kim headed to Brazil with boyfriend Kanye West to relax after stress-related issues began taking a toll on the Kourtney & Kim Take Miami star.
Now, kicking off the promotional run for Perry’s much anticipated feature, she’s opening up about her silver screen role that caused a bit of controversy when she first signed on.
“I play a marriage counselor, ironically. My role is like the comic relief of the film, ” she says, later adding, “Usually when someone talks about relationships and the temptations and the struggles in relationships, it’s usually the guy doing wrong. This is flipped. It’s the girls, and the temptations that girls have. And it’s really real.”
Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor hits theaters on March 29.
