Solange brought retro soul to The Late Show with David Letterman on Wednesday night (Feb. 27).
With her band and collaborator Devonté Hynes, Beyonce’s little sister performed the very funkadelic and sweet “Don’t Let Me Down” from her True EP.
“It really encompasses a few different elements for me that are really personal,” she told Rap-Up.com of her favorite song on the EP. “When I was writing the song, I was just thinking about a certain space in my relationship.”
After kissing the ‘fro-sporting singer’s hand, Letterman asked if he could tour with Solange. Press play to see what she had to say about that. — Sandra Garcia
