Fergie takes a more acidic approach to her daily health habits: She drinks two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar. The tart liquid aides in weight loss and is great for a full body detox. Simply add 2 tablespoons to your water and sip throughout the day or take it like a shot. It’s not the most appealing taste, but if you can take a shot of liquor, you can survive a shot of cider.
