Celebrities have a lot of pressure to always have the perfect bod, and Beyonce‘s recent cover did not help. It seems that for celebrity mommies it’s easier to bounce back to pre-baby bump, hard rock abs and “sexy momma” size.
Some work out, hire personal trainers and adjust to super strict diets while others swear that just taking care of their new babies helps keeps the weight off.
