Lala Anthony has made no secret that she can be a slacker when it comes to working out. On her VH1 reality show Lala’s Full Court Life the basketball wife dealt with undoing the physical progress she made with trainer Gunnar Peterson to get wedding-day-ready.
We watched as Lala searched for a workout routine that fit her personality and busy schedule. After failing to fall in love with yoga, despite attending class with Russell Simmons, Lala found solace in boxing with trainer Hino. She found a way to work out her aggression and work off the extra pounds. It seems that she’s maintaining her new figure and isn’t shy about it.
