Rihanna and Forbes have been getting very familiar with one another lately. She ranks fourth in the highest paid women in entertainment list, trailing behind Brittney Spears at number two and Taylor Swift at three. Of course, media mogul Oprah Winfrey tops the list again.
Earlier this year, she topped the list for Forbes Social Networking Superstars. She earned the title by having the most followers on Facebook and Twitter, and the most earnings between May 2011 and May 2012.
The second highest paid African American woman in entertainment gained her earnings through album sales, tours, endorsements, and her first movie, Battleship. She has potential to climb the list next year with the release of her seventh studio album in November and her fashion collection with River Island.
