From Clutch–Over the past few years BET has been working to reform its image. Instead of being the destination for raunchy late-night videos, the network has been making a push to fill its airwaves with programs that are both entertaining and uplifting. Recently, BET rolled out several new shows, films, and reality shows at its upfronts, and from the looks of things, the network just might be the place for quality entertainment featuring black folks.
In the fall, some of the sitcoms returning to the network are The Game, Let’s Stay Together, and Reed Between the Lines. Joined by music shows 106 & Park, Sunday’s Best, and Bobby Jones Gospel Hour. But the real treat lies in the network’s new acquisitions.
