Men cheat because like he said we feel the need to it, it’s apart of who we are, and in regards to white men the reason then don’t get caught is because they use escort services. There’s a reason why women who have sex for money get $300 an hour and sometimes more its because a man who has a lot to lose is yes you guessed it CHEATING.

I actually enjoyed reading this. I don’t think it was meant to be a serious analysis of cheating as there are a million different possibilities, but I can appreciate his opinion. As a female with really no males I can turn to about this subject, it’s refreshing to read an honest male perspective on the topic.

If anyone notices, Urban magazines, run with “Why Men Cheat” articles the most. I don’t see Cosmo with a “Why men cheat” article every month, giving them “inside” information on the male dog. White women would protest if they saw this kind of article written, but with different titles every month! LOL, but seriously. These kind of articles are nothing but seeds that are constantly being planted and re-planted. Some hurt Black woman will read this and will agree 100%. Because she wants an answer to why HER man is acting the way he is, and BOOM this article (like many others on Urban websites & Mags) will pop up, giving her the negative confirmation that she was watiting for “See, girl!!! They can’t HELP but cheat!” and there goes her self worth, pride and happiness. Way to go VIBE.

While he does make some valid points, I can’t take him seriously with his speech and the fact he’s laughing at this issue.

Here’s my problem with it. Men don’t HAVE to be taught to live this way. Society has taught it, but I think it’s very damaging to everyone. Cheating hurts both genders, it creates horrid tension, destroys friendships, families etc.

Men should be taught to value and respect women more, to value that single woman above any tail they can chase from an early age. That’s just my opinion.

In addition to being poorly written (grammar, punctuation, the use of “SMH” and “LOL”… really? this article did not particularly address the reasons why men cheat. This article was nothing more than a laundry list of the same tired, tried and true reasons as to why men cheat. In other words, no new information was offered. Men, like women, make a choice to be and stay with a particular person. If you know from the beginning of the relationship that you have no plans to stay faithful, then don’t bother getting into a relationship and ruining the person whose heart you’re toying with for the next person. Just. Don’t. Do. It.
