In any situation I always call my mom because we have that bond like mother/daughter me and my dad only have that relationship sometimes but in serious situations he isn’t serious.

My dad we don’t have that bond sometimes we do but since I stay with my mom we have that daughter mother relationship. she is the first person I call instead of my dad because my dad in serious situations he’s not serious or protective.

I don’t do “boo’s” abhor the word, but if it’s someone who is suppose to be my man, and I basically indicated that I needed him, his presence, his reassurance, his care and concern etc and he blew me off, I’d blow him off for good. What would be the point in being with somoene who did not feel the need to protect me, when asked at that. SMH
