The list of thriving, amazing African designers is a mile long and the notion that this woman's visit somehow revitalized the industry is just plain wrong and suggests that somehow us Africans can't get our act together without white help. Futhermore, her comment that only Ghana has a sense of style is offensive, maybe she didn't know where to look in Nigeria. Wow!
