But I guess we can't always blame them. Being that this isn't the first time they've gotten access to police records, public or not, to an extent the Police Department is to blame for leaks. It's no secret that they pay people off at the police department to get access to celebrity records (ie. Rihanna's domestic violence Photos). In regards to calls to 911 being made public anything involving domestic violence is always suppose to be kept private whether someone is a celebrity or not according to the Violence Against Women Act.
