TMZ always manages to invade someone privacy. Whether they are a gossip site or not It gets a bit ridiculous sometimes. But I guess we can't always blame them. Being that this isn't the first time they've gotten access to police records, public or not, to an extent the Police Department is to blame for leaks. It's no secret that they pay people off at the police department to get access to celebrity records (ie. Rihanna's domestic violence Photos).

In regards to calls to 911 being made public anything involving domestic violence is always suppose to be kept private whether someone is a celebrity or not according to the Violence Against Women Act.

In any matter, domestic violence is NEVER okay and one should always seek help.

The real issue is not the invasion of privacy (bc calls to 911 are public record) it's domestic violence. She's the top female rapper and a huge celebrity. Why would TMZ NOT public this is they had the info.

We need to be talking about the domestic violence. Not downplaying it.

Linking or not isn't going to stop TMZ from covering it. I think the privacy comment is to start a discussion more than anything. And I agree they should respect her privacy but as we all proved by clicking on this article, voyeurism is what moves the needle these days. Sigh.

I think it's ironic to quote their website and link to the call while saying they should not invade her privacy. Isn't this proliferating the invasion?
