When I look outside in my community I see how she influences are black women, I have never seen so many black women with long, curly, wavy wigs in my life!!!! Yeah she has used her influence to make the white woman feel more comfortable with themselves and told us black girls we need to get some long hair, wear heels 25 hours out of the day, and then maybe he will put a ring on it! She is influcenced by rich white America puts a spin on and feeds to the peasants, be real. I'm not falling for it, I don't buy any of her products, I just wait to get them for.free, listen to the cd about a week, then its under my seat in my car somewhere. MJ made music that touched people spirits, and in spirit time is eternal that is why him and his music will live on. I've heard all of B's songs and I honestly can say there is not one that I feel is a true classic, an example of a classic from my generation would be Lauryn Hill, Ex-Factor, Adele 21. You know why these are classics to me, because these women are not putting 95% emphasis on their appearance and 5% into the lyrics, NO, these ladies kept it 100%, from beginning to end, they opened up their spirits to feed us. Beyonce thinks she can put sugar on shit and call it Bubblegum, but not with I, not for the 4 x, no hater, just a free thinker!!! But I think people are missing the point. We are living in a time where selling music in the industry is not whats hot, getting to even 100K is even a rarity. Guys like Michael,, Ray Charles, Prince and Stevie Wonder came up in an era where piracy was growing but still wasn't a major issue like it is today. So the money they made was basically guaranteed & then sum. However, Their monetary worth did not equal the amazing talent that they had/have. So is Beyonce just as good as they are. Yes, because the girl is a beast. She is a great. And how many of us can really say who got the album because it did suffer the leak. Alot of people bootlegged it. Counting on sales to tell if something was dope still can't say much.
