I dont know the whole story but i know what its like to be a baby mama, this chic aint acting crazy for nothing. However; just cause she cant get what she wants doesnt mean she has to be ignorant and cause their child to suffer. Everyone makes mistakes and one day they will both get it right and everything will be ok....lets just hope itisnt too late!!! There was some sperm involve so therefore the baby has a father, whether or not he is involved. As for the legality of it, if the state requires a timeframe for the birth certificate to be filed then it is the parents duty to make sure it is done properly. He has to be there to sign it in most states. And in many states, the birth certificate is filed within 3 days of birth. That is to a small degree why some men give up on parenting. The huge resistance by women to force men to parent their way and not a collectively positive way.
