Bow Wow pretty much brought it on hisself....when u lie down w/ dogs u get up w/ fleas and he knew very well what he was getting into so he should've been more conscious of who he was dealing w/. I dont know the whole story but i know what its like to be a baby mama, this chic aint acting crazy for nothing. However; just cause she cant get what she wants doesnt mean she has to be ignorant and cause their child to suffer. Everyone makes mistakes and one day they will both get it right and everything will be ok....lets just hope itisnt too late!!!

There's no if ands or buts about who the father is. There was some sperm involve so therefore the baby has a father, whether or not he is involved. As for the legality of it, if the state requires a timeframe for the birth certificate to be filed then it is the parents duty to make sure it is done properly. It's not her fault he showed up 6 days late. Where they do that at? smh

"left his name off of her birth certificate"

She can't "put his name on the birth cert". He has to be there to sign it in most states.

And in many states, the birth certificate is filed within 3 days of birth.

So, if he didn't show up until 6 days after the birth it's on him.

If she keeps his name off just because she carried the baby. She should not be able to put his name on anything to support the baby. A woman should not able to pick and choose when and how she wants a man to be a father. That is to a small degree why some men give up on parenting. The huge resistance by women to force men to parent their way and not a collectively positive way. In this case, how can one first time parent tell another what is right and wrong? Sad, sad, sad.
